A.We do not allow pets to be brought into the rental car due to consideration of allergies of other customers.

A.Currently, we do not have child seats available. They will be added as an option in the future.
We offer a Smart Kids Belt as an optional extra, which can be used only for children weighing between 15kg and 36kg and seats with 3-point seat belts.

Yes, in order to rent a car, all drivers must have a valid driver's license from their home country with them at check-in (printed or electronically scanned copies are not accepted).
An international driver's license alone cannot replace your home country's driver's license. If you do not have a license, you cannot use it.
Yes, all drivers must show a driver's license and sign a rental agreement upon pickup, and you cannot add an additional driver after departure.
To rent, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
A. In principle, beginners and minors can also use it.
We do not lend out Wakaba Marks, so please bring your own.
A.Yes, you can use an international driver's license issued under the Geneva Convention by a member country of the Geneva Convention.
When renting a car, you will need to present your international driver's license and passport.
Please check the expiry date of your international driver's license, the expiry date for driving in Japan, and the vehicle classification you are permitted to drive before using this service.
A. With a regular driver's license, you can drive a vehicle with a capacity of up to 10 people.
Currently, the vehicles we have prepared have a maximum capacity of 5 people, so you can drive them with a regular driver's license.
Reservation | Payment | Cancellation | Refund
A. Sorry, at this stage you cannot use the facility without making a reservation.
Reservations can only be made online, so we recommend making your reservation early.
It is not a problem if the contract holder and the person making the reservation are different people.
However, since the rental document is created based on the reservation, it may take some time to correct the contract holder information before the rental. There is also a possibility that the departure may be delayed, so we recommend that the contract holder make the reservation themselves.
Please note that if you use online payment, the person making the reservation, the renter (contract holder), and the credit card holder must be the same person.
Once you select the details of your intended use from CAR RENTAL and proceed, you can check the total amount in your cart before completing your reservation.
You can select a reservation date up to 180 days (approximately 6 months) before or after the application date.
To check the schedule, please refer to the calendar on the details page of each CAR RENTAL vehicle.
Reservations can be made 24 hours a day on the official website. Same-day reservations are also possible, but depending on the reservation situation, the desired model or car may not be in stock.

- We recommend that you make your reservation early as we may be very busy during Golden Week, Obon, the New Year holidays, etc.
A.If there is a change in the amount, please check the following.
■If additional charges are incurred If additional charges are incurred due to extending the usage time or fuel consumption settlement, a new payment will be made for the additional charges, or the previous payment will be canceled and the new usage fee will be processed.
■If a deduction occurs, the payment made at the time of reservation will be canceled and the usage fee will be processed again.
A.When making a reservation with online payment, the payment will be processed at the time the reservation is completed.
If the payment information changes due to a change or cancellation of your reservation, the payment before the change will be cancelled and a new payment will be processed based on the new information.
In the event of cancellation, only the cancellation process will be carried out and the total rental fee will be refunded minus the cancellation fee.
■ Reference example
Example 1: When making a reservation one month in advance using online payment , payment will be made at the amount planned to be used at the time of booking.
The closing date and deduction date will vary depending on the card issuer, but in some cases the charge may be deducted before you use the card.
Example 2: If you cancel your reservation after the closing date of the card issuer you used, the fee will be debited once and then the cancellation and refund will be processed again.
Depending on your card issuer, it may take some time for the transaction to be reflected.

■Points to note when cancelling a reservation <br/>We understand that there may be unavoidable circumstances, but as we only have a few vehicles in our company, we are unable to accept cancellations after a reservation has been made on a specific date.
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that if the rental car contract has not been concluded within one hour of the departure time, your reservation may be cancelled.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
*60 days before the planned date of use: No cancellation fee
*59 to 31 days prior to the planned date of use: 20% of the total rental fee,
*7 to 30 days before the planned date of use: 30% of the total rental fee
*6 to 2 days before the planned date of use: 50% of the total rental fee
*Cancellation 2 days before the scheduled date or without notice: 100% of the total rental fee
