Important points to note when using an ETC card

Eligibility
ETC cards are for use exclusively with rental cars provided by our company. Use in other vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Scope of use
ETC cards can be used for payments in ETC lanes on expressways, toll roads, specific parking lots, etc. Please follow the signs at each facility to find out where you can use the card.
Entering the ETC lane
When entering the ETC lane, slow down to 20km/h or less and make sure the lights are green. If the bar does not rise, do not try to pass through and follow the instructions of the ETC attendant.
About usage details
The fee for using the ETC card will be settled when you return the rental car. If you would like a statement of your usage, please let us know.
Handling Precautions
Please handle your ETC card with care to avoid damage or loss. In particular, avoid strong magnetic fields and environments with high temperatures and humidity.
What to do in case of loss or theft
If your ETC card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. In that case, we may charge you an additional fee.
Requests when returning
Please do not remove the ETC card from the card holder installed in the vehicle. Our staff will collect it when you return the vehicle.
Prohibition of Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use of ETC cards (e.g. transfer to a third party, resale, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized use is discovered, legal action may be taken.
Other notes
Please note that we are not responsible for any problems that arise regarding the use of ETC cards (such as malfunctions of the ETC system or problems at toll booths).
